    first, do you not have a pot holder or mitt? and second, what in the hell, is this amateur hour? you have about 1/4 of your chilly sauce in the blender still, how about taking your beef stock and put in the blender and get the rest of the sauce mixed in then pour it into the pot. Duh

    Late to the party but great video. This doesn't entirely surprise me because in the end, I think the quality of the meat and the smoke and skill of the cook have a lot more impact on the outcome than the seasonings or the sauce. Heck, I've eaten plenty of great ribs that were seasoned with just salt and pepper and weren't sauced at all.

    mix that voodoo seasoning with equal amount of cornstarch to make more of a pebble-y texture and toss the wings in it and the wings get that oh so delicious crunch when grilling

    Matt, I'm a huge fan and have been following you for a very long time. I've been purchasing your products for years, and love them all. I really wanted to try this wing recipe and support these independent companies, but man the shipping costs are not only absurd, they're insulting. The prickly pear jam is $10, and the shipping is $10. The finch bbq sauce is $9.99, and the shipping is $9.99. I refuse to believe this is a successful business model. What gives?

    I know it wont work on wings But I make a BBQ sauce out of CHOCOLATE Whiskey Sweet Baby Rays Honey Full jar of CHERRY PRESERVES and FRANKS RED HOT A ton of Brown sugar some Ghost Pepper powder At the end of heating it up POUR in a BIG AMOUNT but not all the Whiskey hold back enough to FINISH OFF THE COOK !!! It taste like the Fancy chocolates with the Cherry in the center you get in the box on HOLIDAYS You can thank me later

    I love me some Holy Voodoo! But, you have to be really careful as it burns easily. Lot of sugar in there or something. I usually go kinda low temp on the grill with the wings.
